Q: Are there restrictions on how often I can contact you?

A: Our monthly HR packages include unlimited advice, guidance, and documentation. No question is too small, no issue too big!

Q: What makes you different from other HR consultancies?

A: Great question! At AlikaHR we pride ourselves on our supportive approach. This means offering you more than just paperwork and policy guidance – we encourage you and your team to develop strong relationships with your employees through communication and clear processes, which lead to engaged and happy employees. This coaching approach is part of our day-to-day service!

Q: Will I always talk to the same person?

A: You will receive a dedicated HR Consultant who will work with you directly. We aim to build a strong working relationship, and our knowledge of your business is central to this.

Q: Do I need to save hundreds of document templates when I sign up?

A: No! We will provide you with all the policies you need, but provide template letters on an as-needed basis, so we can always ensure you have advice and support regarding the case, and the most up-to-date document versions, and save space on your hard drive also.

Q: Am I tied into a long contract term?

A: Not at all. We offer monthly support packages and ad-hoc services so you choose what works best for you!

Q: What if I need to terminate my package?

A: After the initial contracted period, we won’t tie you into a long notice period for our support packages, although we hope that you will choose to continue your journey with us.
